    Support Contract


We have support contracts available. By purchasing a support contract, you are buying an "insurance policy" for your systems. Our support contracts are custom tailored for each office. With the purchase of a support contract, all technical support is covered, regardless how much time we spend. If something goes wrong with your hardware or software, we will get you back up and running, fast. Contract pricing is based on contract length, and the number of, and type of computers in your office. Contact us for more information about our support contracts.

    Phone Support


Billed in 15 min. increments, out staff will walk you through fixing the most common problems over the telephone. The majority of errors encountered can be fixed in this manner.

    On-site support

For those times when you want prompt, expert service in your office, we can be there, in person, utilizing our years of experience to get you up and running in the fastest way possible. Billed hourly, it can mean the difference between frustration, and a smoothly working system.

    Data recovery services

When systems crash, and resorting to a backup is not an option, you may have need of data recovery. Billed hourly with a minimum charge, we can recover your data from corrupted tables in a timely manner. In most cases, we have recovered all data in the system with no data loss.
